We are a community based cancer support service run by volunteers.
The Cancer Awareness Centre (CAC) provides information, services and support to people living with a diagnosis of cancer within the Armidale and New England district.
We offer professional services in counselling and lymphatic massage. Please contact Kathie Marquardt on 0409 722 149 or email cac@tourderocks.com.au to make a booking.
Our vision is that with a diagnosis of cancer the whole person is treated and not just the disease.
We are sponsored by a local charity, Tour de Rocks.

Every Thursday at 1pm for approximately 1 hour
Lambert Park opposite Armidale Hospital, Rusden Street, Armidale
Anyone living with a diagnosis of cancer.
If you wish bring your dog (on a leash)
We will start with a few stretches, walk for about one hour and then finish with some light balancing and more stretches.
It is an easy, slow walk and we will adapt to whoever is in the group. No fitness level required.
Stay on for a coffee and a chat afterwards.
