Treatment: WA men in prostate cancer treatment trial

WA men are expected to take part in the trial of a ground breaking treatment for advanced prostate cancer using radioactive atoms. The nuclear medicine treatment delivers radioactive molecules directly to cancer cells and experts believe it will be a game changer for men with prostate cancer that has spread and is very difficult to treat. The ANZUP Cancer Trials Group and the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia are running the trial across sites in Australia and New Zealand.
